"The hotel was terrific. The upper outdoor terrace was incredible, especially hearing music playing around the cornerfrom the terrace. The other outdoor patio was ok. The air conditioner was way too loud, and there weren't any cushions on the outdoor furniture. There was a cool water fountain, but you couldn't hear it because of the loud air conditioner.
The ladies at the front desk weren't very helpful, but luckily, whoever was texting info, was very helpful. It was great having parking on the...

"The IRIS was outstanding and booked an additional 2 nights. I was shocked to find out that booking direct with IRIS was cheaper than Expedia... (which just pissed me off!!! Even using my ~$20 OneKeyCash... it would have been cheaper to book direct!) Expedia does not do a good job of informing you that the property has a separate rental agreement and no attended lobby... It is just a big surprise after booking.
So thank you Expedia for finding this place... but you should refund the...
