"What a great experience we had at this hotel. Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Kickback was fun. Met some nice people there. Pool and hot tub were great. Parking was convenient .This is our 3rd time in Nashville and we enjoyed our stay here the best. Definitely will come here again on our next trip. A special thank you to our housekeeper. Not sure of her name (maybe Daye). She had a great personality and always had a smile."

"Perfect location, not right in the action but close enough to walk. The staff were very friendly, the communal areas were very clean, bright and welcoming. The suite we stayed in was stunning and very comfortable."

"My friends and I loved this property! Comfortable king sized bed. Decent size for being a studio. The unit was extremely clean. Did not hear any noise from outside or neighbors. One callout was the unit did not have any windows, but it didn’t bother us too much. Perfect spot if you want to go out on Broadway. Amazing restaurants nearby. Would come back again!"

"We liked having a large room with a place for 3 of us to put all our stuff. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was handy to have! The Bar down the street that was recommended unfortunately was a disappointment on our last night there"

"The only comment is that you have to go a flight of stairs up to get to loft, no elevator. Other that that a five star stay."

Gave 4 stars because when we checked in there was only one towel for the two of us and we couldn't get another one til the next morning when housekeeping was working since it was about 10 pm. And the couch in our room was very uncomfortable to sit on normally. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay and would recommend to others."

"Couldn’t get waited on in the restaurant after sitting there for 40 minutes. Tried to order dinner in the room then and it was a 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete slab. To top it all off when we went to leave, they had screwed up our brand new Range Rover car."

"From the front door bell men, the check in desk, restaurant and housekeeping everything was a 10. Matthew the Concierge and the drivers ( free rides up to 4 miles for drop offs in a Mercedes SUV) AMAZING 🌟"

"This hotel was great. We utilized the pool, on the 90 degree days. Staff was always helpful. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. Short Uber ride to Broadway. Definitely recommend."

"The pictures of the room on Expedia and the actual room were not the same. The room advertised and the room we received were different rooms. This was false and misleading advertising. The room received was definitely not worth what we paid."
