"The parking was not as advertised so there was an additional cost. The walls were paper thin and i had a noise complaint for a normal phone conversation and i could hear the people in the room next to me as well. Their alarms, them walking around and even when they opened or closed the blinds. The security was rude, the head of the cleaning staff was banging on my door as though i need a reminder that i was checking out 30 min to checkout. VERY RUDE! That black lady that works at The front desk...

Their deal with Expedia promised a $ 15 credit for incidentals of which they only credited me $ 5 when I spent $ 25. "Staff was not willing to cooperate. I had to bring in and put my own water to make coffee in lobby marketplace . Upon request was told that they do not have water to put on coffee machine. Had to request for one item twice . Bathrooms floor needs to be replaced , not upto the mark for Hilton standards."

This place is well run, very clean, the staff is helpful and efficient and friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you, but that's valley service and that charge is absolutely unimaginable and downright doggish in terms of deterring people's reasonable expectation of a good stay starting off well at this facility. "First I will say the location was great for where i needed to go while in Atlanta. However, some of the things that were annoying. 1. The elevator door. In order for it to close and move, it had to be pushed outward so the motor would engage. 2. My bathroom lighting was very dim. Just lights around the bathroom mirror but not bright at all. 3. No decent water pressure in the shower. 4. While eating breakfast, the breakfast attendant cut out the lights and people were still in there eating."
