"This place is MASSIVE and perfectly suited our needs for a family reunion of 22 people. There was room to spread out so folks were not jammed-in together. The pool was fantastic and the BBQ pavilion made all the meals easy to cook, distribute and eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner). We had access to two humungous kitchens and there was ample parking for everyone.But, the best part was the cordiality, professionalism and attention that was provided by the Host and the Caretaker. "Great location, we walked to three wineries.The villa was very clean, kitchen had three coffee makers, host provided many ammenities. I talked to the host before making the reservation, he called when we checked in, and the next day after we checked out. Always available and ready to be helpful and answere questions. The back yard was like a resort.Our group would love to stay at the villa next year."

"Had a great time with our family of 7 adults and 2 kiddos. To be transparent, totally booked this place for the awesome backyard and the bedroom to bathroom ratio. The interior decor is NOT my taste but we were rarely inside. Not far from all the wineries and just remote enough for us. Had a little issue with the A/C in part of the house so hopefully it will be rectified by the time another guest arrives. Wish there’s been more plastic selections of plates/bowls for outside, but other than that...

"The location and accommodations are both beautiful! It was a great stay. Everything was super smooth from check-in to check-out. The host was very communicative. I'll be honest, there were a bunch of warnings that were sent to us, which made us trepidatious at first, but we had absolutely zero issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was great for a quiet family getaway, especially with all the local farms, downtown, and so much else to do in the area!"

"The property was beautiful and just as described. Close to the wedding location so it made our transportation easy. Check-in and check out were very user friendly and great communication! The game Room was a hit too! A great place to stay for weddings at Pymm Ranch. The backyard at night is beautifully lit and very inviting! I would definitely book this property again. "

"A beautiful spacious estate perfect for our family gathering! The open floor plan is great - everyone could gather in groups in separate spaces (living room, pool table area, kitchen) while still feeling together. The 2-bedroom apartment was great for those wanting more privacy. There was plenty of space to eat both inside and outside and the kitchen was well-stocked. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property!"

"We did our annual Family trip to Temecula and were very happy and fortunate with our experience at this property. It was very spacious both inside and out with stunning views of the wine country.
