"Really appreciated how clean the property was. The house has been updated and felt fresh. Typically, when we enter any rental, there’s a chemical smelly plug-in in every room and every closet. They were still in the property, but this was not overwhelm chemicals. It was truly fresh and clean. We also appreciated all the little condiments and special things left to help us in case we forgot. Equally we liked that we didn’t have to throw excess away when we left the property, like unopened soda...

"This is an adorable older home that has some really nice features such as the upstairs master bedroom bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The oven did not work in the kitchen when set to bake and there were no oven mits. We did notify the owner of this when we left so hopefully that is fixed for future guests. The bed was comfortable and the home was spacious and the right size for the two of us and our two dogs. There is a small back yard space that would be perfect if it were fenced in down the road....

"My stay was fantastic. So cutely and comfortably decorated. Nice to have garage stall. Comfortable beds and bedding. Location worked perfectly for my visit. Great amenities!! Nice to have the whole house for the stay! Will definitely stay here again when available for my visits."

"This is a great place to stay. It is located within a 5-15 drive from all kinds of stores, including grocery stores, restaurants, downtown, Kansas University, and others. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. There is a walking trail just yards from the apartment. The views from the apartment are beautiful and peaceful. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. "Loved this property. We traveled from Iowa to see our daughter at KU and have a weekend together. Area was easy to travel. We had fun at a local farmers market and NOTO. Even got to see the Tulips and Twlight event. House was clean and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. "This rental is a sizeable home located in a nice neighborhood. It was a short drive to get to restaurants, shopping and the university. The back yard is large and fenced with plantings and places to sit. It is a great play space for children and setting for pictures. I prepared a meal for a dozen people and found the kitchen equipped with the basics but lacking. "This is the perfect place to get away from the hustle of every day life and enjoy some peace and quiet. It's like very high end camping. We saw deer in the yard on 2 different occasions and there is lots of room outdoors for children to ride bikes and play outdoor games.
