"My husband and I just wanted a quiet get away to do absolutely nothing. We wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of our jobs and home. I wanted to read a book, and he loves to fish. He walked to the pond; I sat on the deck (when it wasn't raining.) We were able to use the grill a couple of times in between showers. There was wildlife, deer, turtles, and birds to entertain. Town had an antique shop, and we visited neighboring towns for more shops and ate a meal in Carbondale which was...

"We really enjoyed our peaceful getaway here. Everything was very clean and we were grateful for all the amenities and furnishings that were provided. We spent most of our time exploring Jackson, Mo which is very close to this property. Thank you for a unique and positive experience! We hope to come back for our 25th."

"The house was very clean, Steve was easy to work with, and there are plenty of supplies for us to use. This is the second time we have stayed at this house and improvements have been made. It was the right size for the two couples that stayed there."
