"A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend."

"The staff were always lovely and the room was neat. The location was great and parking in Roe St car park turned out to be fine, with no onsite parking being my main worry before I arrived. Some small annoyances with the shower not having any shelving for products, and being quite dark unless I wanted the window blind into the bedroom open (that was weird, why is there a window into the bedroom??). "Have stayed at The Peninsula on many occasions. Great location, good value and walking distance to good restaurants, cafes, shops supermarket and ferry. This time had a one bedroom apartment, with a small usable kitchen and great for 2 people. Adequate free parking on site however when busy you may need to park on the street. Would highly recommend."

"The service was great but had a couple of complaints. Our room didnt seem properly cleaned was extremely dusty and had white stains on flooring. The breakfast we paid forwasn't very nice, so much so that we barely ate it we had to spend money else where and cancelled it for the next day.
