"Clean room"

"Cleaning services in the room were not great and even after reminders we didn’t get enough help. However, management was sorry for that. We expected the housing keeping staff were prompt."

"I gave 3 stars which may be generous, but I knew I was going for a cheap place to stay that was central to the area I was visiting. Location was nice and close to thruway. The room was smelly, maybe was old dingy, used to be a smoking hotel (not sure how long ago that stopped), carpet in halls eeehh yuck, there was a small fridge in the room but I don’t think it cooled to a safe temp so I threw out what I bought and put in there. The bed was big and comfy though, nice towels, and the last night...

"The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"

"Our room appeared clean, but we could not trust if anything was cleaned because parts had clear evidence of dirty. A child's hand was clearly visible on the wall mirror and on the nightstand the hotel postcard had a pen on top with children's drawings on the blank side."

"It is conveniently located close to downtown, so we were able to get to all our destinations easily. there is a parking garage across the street and a hospital right there as well. staff was friendly and valet service was great. however, the room was cleaned with such a strong bleach, the smell was overwhelming for the 2 nights we stayed there and the AC did not seem to remove the humidity in the room. The TV was old (it still had AV inputs) and could not do modern things like screen casting...
