"Clean & perfect for what we needed"

"The room was very clean, housekeeping and the breakfast was good. Staff at the reception was also professional and friendly. We were on back side and had floodlights in the room, maybe turn it away from windows. The pool and hot tub were a good feature….. well used but my husband. It was a relaxing time thank you!"

"Have stayed quite a bit in this location as my daughter goes to school nearby. Great location, convenient to shopping, restaurants and just minutes from her school. Staff is always friendly. Room is clean. The free breakfast is a plus!"

"Upon arrival the area was full of angry people. Fights in the parking lot and a mob in the lobby. There were no clean rooms to be had. No housekeeping staff on the premises. They refused to assist and turned us away. This was the last thing we expected to have happen. We were taken advantage of by other establishments because of the desperate situation we were in. By far, the worst hotel experience ever."

"Overall, it did not quite meet our expectations. Cleanliness of the hotel & room , breakfast were just ok. Will stay somewhere else next time."

"I liked the bed sheets soft and silk like. I loved the fresh brewed coffee machine.The rooftop restaurant could use some managerial monitoring. Food was served with sandwich hot and sweet potato fries cold. My pizza served 10 minutes after and we had to find waitress to ask where it was. Parking free that’s a plus!"

"The staff were very helpful & pleasant especially the Bistro staff were very helpful . The room was good but the sink was clogged , the manager said will send maintainance take care of it & reported later that it was taken care of it but we discovered that it was not & had to change room the next day which was inconvenient. I believe the house keeping should have reported this issue before since they supposedly cleaned the room."
