"Bed was uncomfortable. Two single beds joined together with a thin double mattress put on top. There was a dip down the middle of the bed where there was a gap between the beds. It’s a real shame as the hotel was pleasant and very quiet."

"Great hotel, I stayed before a couple of years ago and since then they have introduced a vegan (and allergy friendly) cookie which is good to see. There’s slightly less selection for vegan & gluten free diets at breakfast compared to two years ago, but still very good. "The public areas are great and beautifully air-conned! The roof terrace is awesome, even though the G&T is a tad pricey. The team were knowledgeable and helpful. The room are simple in some ways, but you can tell that the design and extras have been well thought out!"

"Hotel is in need of desperate upgrade, but I guess it is a well used venue. My room was functional but small and luckily stayed at the beginning of summer, could not see that any heating worked. Bathroom was ok but again needed upgrade on amenities, final day shower ran cold so no hot water!"
