"This was a perfect place to stay while we moved our son in and out of housing at Ole Miss! The outdoor area was wonderful to decompress after a long day. The location was a very quick commute to get where we needed to be on campus and to restaurants on the square. The beds were super comfortable, and the interior was beautifully decorated. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Oxford!"

"We really enjoyed our stay with Jim. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything you could ever want, the furniture was clean and comfortable, the TV was great, and the water pressure was awesome in the shower! (Probably only important to me). Jim sent us clear check in information early so we knew what we needed to do. I don’t know if we would ever go back to Oxford, but we would definitely book this house if we do. Thanks for everything, Jim. You’re awesome!"

"Myself and four guys stayed here for five weeks. Nice walk to the lake. Good fishing. Friendly and accommodating host. Everything we needed there. Would definitely recommend. "

"Fantastic condo! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, great location and very comfortable. Owners are so gracious & thoughtful! They provided some snacks, coffee and great check in details so everything was super easy."

"The property was nice. The host was great and went out of her way to return items we had accidentally left. "

"Very close to MTrade Park. The area is nice. There were a few stains that made me leary on the cleanliness. A couple of stains in the middle of the couch and a few pillows. I noticed a few things on the wall going up the stairs that needs to be cleaned. May be something the cleaner can take care of easily if they were brought attention to it. It was very accommodating though and overall enjoyed our stay. "

"We had everything we needed. Great parking for me and my coworkers. Friendly neighbors with great catfish across the street. Perfect porch for coffee in the morning. Charcoal grill served us well. AC works great! This house worked great for our needs. "
