Check-in was smooth and fast. We booked 2 rooms and got both on the same floor. Unfortunately, there was a cockroach in the bathroom of one of the rooms and when the concierge was alerted, they sent up someone to take care of it. Great place to bring your kids
We arrived early (11am) and the staff helped us to hasten the check in. Instead of 3pm, they helped us to settle down with our weary children at around 1pm instead. They also provided us with Brolly when we were stuck due to a rain.
