"Awesome home to stay at! When I travel to Philomath or near for work, this is the place my co-workers and myself get, fair price, all the living amenities needed (washer/dryer, kitchen, separate rooms, living/dining space). The beds are very comfortable in my opinion, I get great sleep! Definitely will be getting this place again when travelling if I come across it available!"

"This cozy home with large backyard was perfect for our equestrian weekend at Inavale Farms. With 3 bedrooms spaced a part, a full laundry room and patio it was spacious and quiet. Beds are to the firm side, with comfortable linens and A/C units. It was a very hot (100 degrees ) over our stay and house stayed cool. "We enjoyed our stay at the Little House on Ferry very much! Mary checked in with us shortly after we arrived to see if everything was ok & again during our stay. The location is very quiet, we loved the walk- in shower, the bed was great, and the living room was comfortable & relaxing. Everything was very clean & it was a great place for us to have some quiet after spending busy days at our son's house."

"This little oasis was exactly what I was needing for a work trip into Albany. The check in process was very simple, the set up was so cute - including a little feeding station for my pup who came with me, well stocked and well situated in the area. I've already told multiple people if they ever need a rental while in the area that I would share the info for this one. Only negative would be the heater was a little difficult to navigate the first night (equal parts user error)."
