"I have travelled to Kuching many times and stayed at various hotels in this lovely city. I decided to try the the Ranee Suites on a whim. I did not regret that decision. The most stellar part of my visit was the staff. Very polite, well informed and highly responsive! "My stay at the Waterfront Hotel was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The length the staff will go to in order to meet your requests is simply amazing. "Initially my wife and I had a room that the A/C was a bit old and the room was hot but the staff were fast to fix the problem and our stay was amazing after that. The breakfast buffet doesn't have tons of options but they have the essentials and it was quite tasty.
