"The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were great. What I didn’t like were your pillows and the fact that the bed had been sprayed with Fabreeze. I was able to get different pillows that were hypoallergenic, but the Fabreeze stuffed up my sinuses and made my eyes itch and swell up and I got very little sleep. I had no idea this was a Hampton Inn thing. Unfortunately, I will not book a Hampton Inn stay again with this policy in place. This is not a good practice."
