When I asked why at the end of the stay the gal on duty just blew it off and said we should have asked anyone or if we wanted our room cleaned more we should have asked for that at the beginning of the stay, they only clean every other day. "Breakfast was terrible, not stocked very well. Our room needed to be cleaned a 2nd time due to stains, dirty floor, left over hair in bathroom everywhere and the window mechanism for the shade roller was broken and the AC was broken on the bottom and took forever to cool the room down. Only reason we continued our stay was that was the sweet younger night manager was the ONLY PERSON doing it all and we felt terrible for him."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again."

"The place was decent for the price, but it was LAUGHABLE to say they had WiFi. My boyfriend (who works in IT) said it measured at such a low speed that he didn’t even know which service provider could/would have been able to provide such slow internet. Also, they turned off the magnetization of our room keys over an hour before check out time."

The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel."
