"4인가족 2025 송크란때 방문 두 자녀 작은 물총도 챙겨주고 직원들이 도로에서 함께 물총싸움도 해주고 전통스러운 꽃 목걸이까지 받아왔네요 친절함과 (비교적신축급이라)청결함이 많이 기억에 남아요 다음에 푸켓타운 간다면 아르코호텔로 다시 갈듯 조식은 추가주문해도 별도 비용 없었습니다. 그리고 수영장은 성인전용이라고 되어 있지만 성인과 함께 들어가면 딱히 제재하지는 않았어요 수영장 깊이가 1.3m정도라 초등학생에게는 깊어서 그런듯 "

"I’ve stayed many times at different Ibis hotels. Always happy with all your services, but I do have a surprise. I did see at breakfast buffet they had Gluten Free Cupcakes. I explained I have the alllergy. 5 minutes later, the young lady brought me 3 slices of Gluten Free Bread. I was so happy and surprised. They even brought it to me toasted. They really made me feel special. Thank her, and thank you for your excellent service."

"The hotel is located in the old city of Phuket, making it walkable to the top attractions. The room provided to me is in excellent condition and has a strong AC to withstand the heat of Thailand. The staff members are friendly and make sure that my room is clean whenever I request for it to be replenished."

"Great place to stay in BKK. Pool is nice and clean and refreshing. The breakfast included was a nice touch. Food at the hotel restaurant is actually quite tasty! Service is great! Pricing is good! Definitely recommend!"

"The property was very nice. We did not use the pool, but it was beautiful. The staff was exceptional. Room was clean, short walk to old town. The food shops along the street were very good. Short walking distance from bus terminal. Traffic and street congestion all throughout. Phuket was very rough. Just driving in the area be very careful every second there’s another motorcycle passenger on your right and your left. We’re getting back to the hotel excellent."

"The hotel is old but very well kept. The room was large and comfortable. It had a tub and in room safe and fridge. The pool is big and quiet. There is not much to do near the hotel. There are a couple of museums close by and dining places and a few massage places. The breakfast was great and dinner was good. As in most restaurants in Thailand, don't expect your meals to come to the table at the same time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"The staff here was absolutely amazing! Best service so far during my month traveling. I had trouble walking due to a bad sun burn that I got at phi phi island. The staff made sure I was comfortable, checked in on me regularly, and even assisted helping me up the stairs as walking was difficult from the burn. They even brought up delivered food to me so I wouldn’t have to go up and down the stairs. Facility was clean and I loved the room! Extremely close to Old Phuket Town you can get there...
