"We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. "Room is spacious for 2 persons. Historical Japanese architectureal building. I don't believe there is any room with its own bathroom and toilet. Public hot spring bath room is small and the pool can only house 3 or max 4 persons. The old couple owners are very nice but cannot communicate in English. Usually local customers.Location is very central so close to amrnities and eateries and the famous Zenkoji temple."

"This hotel was absolutely incredible. It’s located just five minutes from Happo-One, which made getting to the slopes unbelievably convenient. The ski shuttle service the hotel provides is also fantastic. Whenever you want to ski, you simply go down to the ski concierge, let them know you’re heading out, and they’ll have all of your gear ready—clean, dry, and warm. "Stay 2 nights in KAI ALPS. Hair on the bed but I used my own bedsheet. My package stayed with breakfast and dinner. The menu wasn’t changed after check-in. The female staff was unhelpful and her statement totally inconsistent with earlier statement. Who said the menu can only change by 6pm, but end up still cannot change the menu next day. This hotel is not worth to stay. We will not come back again and do not recommend to my friends and families."
