Hoshino Resorts KAI Alps
Stay 2 nights in KAI ALPS. Hair on the bed but I used my own bedsheet. My package stayed with breakfast and dinner. The menu wasn’t changed after check-in. The female staff was unhelpful and her statement totally inconsistent with earlier statement. Who said the menu can only change by 6pm, but end ...

HOTEL LA VIGNE HAKUBA by Onko Chishin
Very clean, modern hotel with excellent service from the staff. The hotel shuttle to the ski areas in Hakuba was very convenient. The hotel shuttle even picked us up when we were shopping in town and could not catch an Uber or Taxi. The service was exceptional.
