"I would rate this hotel as one of the best we've ever stayed in the past. The facility is very clean and the location was excellent. The breakfast buffet was sufficient with good variety of food for everyone's preference. If we ever go back to Ho Chi Minh, I know where we'd stay.
That said, the only inconvenience was that the driver of the airport transfer couldn't locate the entrance of the hotel. We were dropped off at the entrance of the departmentt store at 11pm without knowing which way to...

"Hotel was awesome....safe, clean and in great location. I had a situation where I had to arrive late and leave early and the hotel refunded the nights we did not stay at the end. Hotel is in a shopping mall so it was packed and ready for shopping and ease to find local transportation and food!!!"
