"I remember when this hotel was a Hilton. Complementary Breakfast, and happy hour for the adults. Between the coast of the Breakfast for a Camille of 5 and the cost to park your vehicle was very expensive for 4 day stay. I liked when it was the Hilton."

Bally’s Lake Tahoe Casino Resort
"Pool closed for maintenance issues doing my stay….They did not have that noted on the website or inside the hotel…I was very upset about not being able to get in the pool and was charged a resort fee….then was told that the resort fee is for pool use and WiFi…I have an iPhone that’s in service and ..."

That was not an issue, as it was clearly communicated before booking. What was disappointing was that housekeeping service was not provided during our stay, ..."

Hotel Azure
"Mattress was not good. Old and in poor condition. Room was clean, property was clean. Staff was very helpful. Gym was small but OK. Laundry area was nice. Location is great for access to the lake. Only real complaint was the mattress condition. Everything else was good."
