"The amenities was great! We enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach. However, we kept hearing the elevator go up and down from our room and also it was difficult to drain the water in the tub. "

"一番最初に案内された部屋が本当に無理だった。洗面所がカビだらけ。どうにか寝ようとしたけど、深夜2時まで寝れず、部屋を変えてもらった。変えてもらった部屋はなんとか大丈夫だった。カビは気になったけど。その時に対応してくれたスタッフはとても良い人だった。あと、オールインクルーシブって書いてあったのに、何回問い合わせても対応してもらえず、嫌な気持ちになった。あの表記はやめてほしい。結局ゴールドパスを買ったけど、良いなと思うところは別途請求が多かったから要注意。ホームページには書いてないからずるい。ちゃんと書くべきだと思う。"

"バスタブが初日全く掃除して無かった。蛇口から水が出なかったから掃除が出来なかったのか。自分で洗って腰が痛くなりました。しかし2日目からは改善していた。部屋は広く眺望も良い。テレビはNetflixは未導入。衛星放送でNHKの番組は視聴可能。 フロントスタッフは丁寧な接客でした。タクシーも呼んでくださいます。 夕方から使えた特別フロアでのおもてなしのお料理やドリンクは中々美味しかったです。 "

"New Harmon Loop Hotel is in an excellent location if you wish to be away from the beach. The room was very comfortable, bathroom is in great condition and spacious. The staff - exceptionally amazing. They truly make you feel as you are home away from home. There are several food selections below the hotel and in the surrounding area. Whenever visiting Guam, this will be my top selection! Great job NHL!!!"

"館内は清潔感が保たれていてとても過ごしやすかった。 一方、トレーニングルームの機械が一部故障中のままであったり、プールも波のプールがメンテナンス中で使用できない、製氷機は壊れたままなど、 使用出来ない状態となっている設備等が散見された。 オフシーズンのなのか、全体的に人は少なめで静かな感じでした。"

"The room price was fair. As soon as I entered my room, it had a sewage smell in the entrance and the smell got stronger throughout the night. I would probably not stay here again. But you can’t beat the price. I was only there for a couple of hours to rest and clean up before a flight."
