"Staff helpfulness. Location- across the street from the Metro (easy to navigate, buy tickets). Know that with a balcony/sea view room comes street noise, dogs barking, sirens, through the night- earplugs! Room was well-appointed. "

"This quaint appearing hotel is a hidden gem! The short cobblestone walk from the bus stop was a surprise but we made it. The staff were very welcoming and informative. They directed us to a lovely restaurant in walking distance. The food was fabulous. In fact we ate there twice! We forgot our conversion plugs and the happily provided us with two during our stay! I would return to this hotel for another stay. 10/10 highly recommend!!"
