"We needed a place to stay locally when we returned home to attend a family reunion, and this place did not disappoint! Uniquely designed and beautifully decorated with everything you will need for a peaceful getaway. The small details from providing makeup removal wipes, shower caps, snacks and popsicles to enjoy during the hot summer was the above and beyond measures taken to ensure a pleasant stay. We will definitely book again!!"

"This property is small, but nice for hunters or a group of 4. It would be nice to have a toaster included in the kitchen supplies, but nice area to prepare meals in, eat in & play games at tables. The "hunter" themed decorations were fun, especially the bobcat sitting at the fireplace. We enjoyed our stay, until the downpour of rain came & created a river flowing through the back of the cabin (not hosts fault). We enjoyed our stay & visit of the area."

"We stayed for our daughter's graduation from GA Southern :) The property was excellent and our party had plenty of private space as well as social space galore. We would definitely recommend this wonderful, private property to you!"

"We enjoyed staying at this house when we came to move my daughter in to her dorm. It is a very unique use of space and had plenty of room for all 6 of us. The house had plenty of amenities as well. Very clean, which was a plus! I would definitely stay here again. "

"This is our 3rd time staying at this unit. Convenient location, great parking and roomy interior spaces. The unit could use a couple additional lamps and the upstairs bedroom would benefit from blackout curtains."

"The duplex was cute and clean when we arrived. Air conditioner worked great and the house stayed cool. The duplex is located in a very quiet neighborhood which was nice! The beds are SUPER comfy!! "

"Very clean and comfortable. Something wrong with the icemaker in the freezer. Leaking. Ice bucket full of frozen water and bottom of freezer covered with frozen water. I turned off the icemaker so maybe it won’t get worse. Other than that everything was great."

"We enjoyed our weekend at this place. It was clean and quiet little home in a cul de sac neighborhood. This was our second time. The home had everything you needed for a short stay. A lot of shopping and amenities close by. Owner is quick to respond"

"Loved the little house, perfect for me & adult son. Springfield is the cutest little town & convenient for visiting family in Guyton. Owner was easy to communicate with & available when needed. Beds were comfortable & kitchen had anything we needed."

"What a serene, relaxing property! The house was cozy and well-appointed. It’s secluded and quiet, and the sunrise over the pond is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay while in town for Georgia Southern Parents Weekend. We would definitely choose to stay at this lovely property again. Thank you! "
