Electric blinds throughout add privacy and zoned AC keeps you comfortable year-round. Immerse yourself in Newtown's vibrant scene, from eclectic cafes to vintage shopping, all just steps away.

Welcome to a modern urban oasis nestled in the heart of Newtown. This newly renovated and exquisitely furnished 4-bedroom home, complete with a study and parking, offers a contemporary retreat for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience in the bustling city.

Step inside and experience the thoughtful design of this home. On the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with level access from the entry, ensuring ease of movement. The bathroom on this level also houses an internal laundry room cupboard with a washer/dryer combo, adding to the convenience of your stay.

The property boasts electric blinds throughout, allowing you to adjust lighting and privacy with a touch. Garage parking is available with rear lane access, providing a secure spot for your vehicle. Please note: it won't fit a long vehicle due to the length between the front and safely closing the door behind the car (5m MAX; 2.2m height limit).

Venture upstairs to discover two more bedrooms and a separate study. The master bedroom is a luxurious haven, featuring a king bed, ensuite, and a TV for your entertainment. The fourth bedroom offers a king bed and an alcove with a single mattress.

Stay comfortable year-round with zoned air conditioning throughout the home, ensuring the perfect climate no matter where you are. The property also provides free WiFi and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Please note: For stays of 21+ nights, a quick bi-weekly inspection (10-15 mins) is required to maintain the home. We’ll arrange this at a convenient time after check-in.

Perfect getaway

All 7 of us had a wonderful time in this beautiful property. Its proximity to the train line and the city was perfect. The beautiful leafy suburb was so quiet and peaceful. The house itself had so much space for us all to spread out in. We would definitely come back.
