Welcome to our modern Coogee family retreat, a seaside haven offering the perfect mix of comfort and convenience.

Our apartment is a short 3-minute walk from the pristine sands of Coogee Beach. Along the way, you'll find beach-side cafes, brunch spots, and a variety of restaurants with outdoor seating to enjoy the ocean breeze as you dine. A brief walk from the apartment towards Randwick leads you to a lively strip of restaurants and the iconic retro-style cinema, the Ritz.

What could be better than a refreshing dip in the pool after a day at the beach? Relax and float in serenity in the pool right outside the apartment, exclusively for our guests and tenants.

Embark on the famous Coogee to Bondi coastal walk with your friends or family, starting just a few minutes from our apartment. Our place is also conveniently located near a stunning coastal walk to Maroubra Beach. A 6-minute bus ride will take you to the Light Rail. Spend a day exploring Sydney’s Harbour and indulge in the city’s shopping scene by simply hopping on the Light Rail to Town Hall or Circular Quay. With a bus stop just minutes from our apartment and frequent buses & light rails connecting you to surrounding suburbs, the possibilities are endless!

After a day of adventure, unwind in our tranquil outdoor seating area overlooking the pool and the Eastern horizon. Get cosy in the comfortable living room and enjoy your favourite shows or movies on our high-definition TV, with access to popular streaming services.

On colder days, make a hot cup of tea or whip up a delicious home-cooked meal with our modern kitchen amenities. Our kitchen comes stocked with essentials, including coffee, tea, sugar, long-life milk, salt, pepper, oil, and some delightful extras. Wind down in the evening by relaxing in our stylish bathtub or with a soothing hot shower.

Parking for one car is available in the garage located directly underneath the apartment.

We were attending a conference nearby and the apartment was ideal for our needs. It is just a short walk to cafes and restaurants and about 8 minutes to the beach. The furnishings are modern, the beds comfortable and the kitchen looked well equiped, although we didn’t need to use it as our meals were provided. There is plenty of storage and hanging space in the bedrooms and also full length mirrors- handy for the ladies. The bathroom is good and has a heat lamp in the ceiling which is a bonus. I really appreciated the extra blankets as it was chilly and wet during our visit to Sydney. The owner was prompt in their communications.

Everything you need just blocks from the beach

My family of 4 enjoyed the great location of this flat: walk to the beach, the shops and easy bus connections nearby. Apartment was clean with everything we needed for our stay. The views of the sea from the balcony were a bonus!

Perfect place for myself and my two adult children. Loved the sunrise each morning and the short walk to the beach. Bus stops were close by and lots to eat just down the road. Short ride to downtown Sydney and all the tourist sites. Place was very clean. Would stay there again.

Great, clean apartment in an ideal location

We stayed at this apartment for four months while we studied at the University of New South Wales. The apartment is perfect! It is clean, airy, and comfortable, and the location is ideal. It has easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We only had one minor issue, and the property manager was immediately helpful. Our washer was fixed within a day. He was always available and responsive. We highly recommend this apartment for both short-term and long-term stays.

Great Location

I stayed here with my two teenage children and it was perfect for us. We loved being so close to all the shops and restaurants in Coogee as well as the beach and the amazing walking tracks.Great to have use of the laundry and the pool.Well equipped kitchen but didn't use very much as so many options for eating out.

We had a wonderful stay at you apartment. Everything looks exactly as shown on the pictures. Quit location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Comfortable beds. Just a place like home. An airco would make this place an 11… but you can open the windows to get the heat out. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for having us.

Perfect for our Sydney stay

Stayed with my two teenagers, perfect location and lovely flat. Really close to Coogee Beach and all amenities shops and restaurants, found it easily and made use of parking as well as public transport. Comfortable beds, clean and spacious. Great apartment wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, thanks Imran. Possibly addition of aircon would be good but in Dec when we stayed temp was not too hot.

Great views and location

We stayed while visiting my daughter studying abroad in Coogee Beach. Location is perfect for beach, shopping and sitting on the deck. All of the amenities were perfect and we loved our time at Coogee and would stay again!!
