The staff were excellent and great communication.
The room was dark and gloomy, with almost no natural light. The bedroom itself had curtains opening up to a black solid wall (zero light), while the living space had a large window but it opens to a narrow space between buildings which does not allow much sunlight. As a result it was very dim and not the most pleasant room to be in, which was disappointing as I had to work in the room for part of my stay - I had to have all the lights on throughout the day. While I don't necessarily expect a room to look precisely as in pictures, it really didn't resemble the advertised experience at all (the pictures look very light and airy/open).
