"We stayed at Hotel Schweizerhof Luzern and overall had an okay experience. The location is great—central and very convenient for exploring the city. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and appeared to have been recently remodeled, which was a plus. However, the staff at check-in was not welcoming at all, which made for a cold first impression. "This is a delightful boutique hotel. The front desk staff couldn’t be more welcoming, helpful, and seemed truly happy to have us as a customer. The room was a decent size for 2 adults with 3 bags. The windows opened fully to allow fresh Swiss air to circulate. We love the metal blackout blinds that also help with noise reduction. The king size bed was quite comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the typical fluffy duvets. There’s nice little touches that few hotels we’ve used in 6 weeks traveling...

"The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—right next to the train station and a Coop grocery store, which made getting around and picking up essentials very easy. The staff, including housekeeping, were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet; it offered a good variety and was a great start to the day. "Absolutely wonderful hotel. Our checkin was simple, parking was great, it’s a beautiful spot, the staff was super helpful and gracious, and the rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we’ve had on our two week trip in Europe - it was awesome!"

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....
