"Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts. What more could you ask for?This was the perfect house to host our annual leadership retreat. Each of our small team had his own bed and bathroom, which was nice at the end of the day, but we also had our choice of neat places inside and outside the house for group workshops.We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location if you need group accommodations. "I was surprised to see the house split with a neighbor but the stay was perfect, nice and quiet with a random car or two from the nearby road. Ive lived in the city and this was no problem, but light sleepers beware.The king size mattress has a bit of a sinking issue in the middle but it was only a mild inconvenience. Overall, we would gladly return."

"Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. Very clean, newly renovated, wonderful amenities, and lots of natural light. Well thought-out upgrades to this charming old house throughout. The pool was immaculate, WiFi was fast, and lots of thoughtful extras from games & toys to pool towels and extra blankets to an outdoor shower. Plenty of room to spread out and the house had lots of character. We will absolutely book again when we’re in the area. Thanks for a lovely respite!"

"We stayed here for a long weekend. My daughters had soccer camp and this location was perfect for that. It's proximity to the camp locations is great and avoids some of the traffic and sitting at street lights. It's 5 minutes walk to campus and could see this being ideal for any sports camps in general. Would and plan to stay here again!"

"My husband alone utilized this apartment because it was near UNC Chapel Hill Hospital, where my daughter had an extended 10 day stay. We greatly appreciated that the host was quickly available when we needed to make a last-minute stay. The apartment complex is only 2 miles from the hospital. We also appreciated that he welcomed our little doodles with no additional fee."

"Anna and Frank were great hosts. This is the best experience we have had at a VRBO. They were very quick to respond and resolve a couple minor things. I would highly recommend staying at this location. Very easy in and out and nice neighborhood. Very spacious rooms and they really gave alot of thought on what a family might need during a vacation or extended stay."

"This house is perfect! The two bedrooms are convenient to separate baths and the hot tub is a nice touch. Limited steps made it usable for someone that requires a walker. There is also a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance. We will not hesitate to stay here again."
