"I arrived after hours and the night manager was excellent, checking me in quickly. The room was immaculate and had everything I needed. The location was great but be sure to ask for a room with a view if that matters to you because mine was of a building haha. Overall I would definitely stay here again."

"Overall room was ok, clean and tea/coffee making available. The bed seemed quite hard to my wife but was ok for me. TV did not work on free to air channels so could only get 9Now digital and couldnt download any other TV apps."

Assisted with directions and of things to do whilst in the area. Struck up appropriate conversations based on their observations. Room was clean and had all that we needed. Meals were excellent."

"Nightcap in Keysborough truly exceeded our expectations during our Melbourne trip! After a chaotic week and some disappointing hotel experiences, their warm welcome and seamless check-in were a lifesaver. The staff, especially the manager, provided exceptional service.
