"This is a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. We stayed only one night and if needed we could have stayed long. Next time we are in Philly we will absolutely stay there again. It’s no frills but doesn’t need to be!"

"Stayed here as it was close to the Penn Medicine Hospital so I could walk over, about a 15 minute walk. Property is well located near/of University of Pennsylvania’s campus. Parts of the rooms were updated, the rest less so but there is plenty of room and it was clean and comfortable."

"The property was amazing, amenities were wonderful although our stay was short so we didn’t get to utilize all of them. Only issue we had was with some of the door hardware, but we didn’t notice it until right before we left and we brought it to their attention and they were having someone look at it right after we left. All in all, I’d definitely go back!"

"There's no staff, but you get plenty of information prior to your stay. Shower is tiny, but stocked with soaps in case needed (bring your own). Overall quiet and pleasant stay. I recommend for a week or more since kitchenette and mini fridge are included."

"Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"Overall this was a great B&B. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were zero ADA accommodations. I just happened to break my ankle a couple weeks before my trip, so carrying a big suit case up and down stairs (both inside and outside) was not fun. They did offer to carry my bag up to my room upon check in, but they were not around to help at check out. "Stayed in a Queen bed room. Friendly front desk staff made checking in and out quick and easy. Rooms are compact and clean with a mini fridge but no coffee maker. If you are staying in town for more than a few days and or have a great deal of luggage you may want to opt for one of the suites. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Did not eat at the restaurant or cafe. Parking garage directly across the street from the hotel was convenient. Excellent location just steps away from...

"My room was a dream. I slept so well and so soundly. The building is lovely and the location is very convenient, with minimal neighborhood noise. I had a great stay and absolutely would do so again in the future!"

"It was clean and fairly new. The staff was pleasant. Problem ls included the room design- the sink and shower were in one room and the toilet was in a separate room. Also It was the darkest hotel room ever- no light to get ready by. No bath mat and not enough towels."

"Room was old with frayed carpet, no safe, fridge or microwave, but the a/c was blissful considering the 100 degree heat, and the available cold sparkling and still water with bottles to use was an advantage too! Staff couldn’t have been nicer. I did had a strange bug crawl across the floor, so I smooshed it. Didn’t bother to get the staff involved, but I wish I didn’t see that."
