"The Study was outstanding. This place should be the gold standard to put Customerservice should be like at all hotels. From Valerie, who checked us in late at night to Kaitlyn, who made a special request happen, to George and Ashley from housekeeping… to room service.. EVERYTHING was perfect. We could not have asked for a better stay. I highly recommend this property for anyone on a business trip, visiting the local university, or just in town for fun. Thank you everyone! And BRAVO to the owner...

"I liked EVERY thing about my room. Extremely clean! Nice water shower pressure. Would have preferred a spring lauded firm mattress, rather than the firm foam. A jar to hold flowers would also have been helpful. Staff is extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. No pretenders. No fakes. I felt they were GENUINE."

"Pros: Great Heating system with a decently stocked Kitchen. Plenty of space with two full size bedrooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. And the TV was signed into streaming apps complimentary of the host which is a rare find these days (usually the renter has to utilize their own streaming accounts for login). Cons: the apartment unit smelled like cigarettes. There weren’t a lot of extra household ‘supplies’ provided either (paper towels, tissue paper, extra toilet paper, extra trash bags)....

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "
