"It was a really nice place to stay. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice. There just wasn’t a shower curtain?"

"The room smelled like smoke and when I asked for an on smoking room, they said they did not have one so I had to spray air freshener. The white curtains were stained, there is a large piece of carpet missing replaced with a discolored one. The bed was so uncomfortable could feel the springs underneath, the shower bar was rusty and the shower pressure was awful, the toilet was wobbly like the screws were loose."

"The pool is shut down permemantly now, and the ice machine on the 4th floor is broken. Wouldn't recommend staying while they have parties with people not staying in the hotel. But the beds were very clean & no bugs. The young lady at the desk on Saturday was very helpful when I left my energy drink in the room after we left."

"The shower didn't work and the bathroom room sick water both sides were cold and the bath tub didn't have a stopper to take a bath and there was no coffee pot or phone and the beds moved when getting on the bed. My mom and I and my fiance were supposed to have a bottom floor and we had to deal with the second floor it was hard to climb up and down the stairs. My mom was on oxygen and she still had to climb up the stairs. The TV's in the room half worked and they didn't really have much of a...

"The parking lot is really torn up upon arrival. Lobby was clean and staff was fairly friendly upon checking in. Pool area was fun for the kids with toys and floaties available for them to use. Pool towels were not stocked in the pool area, so it was slightly in convenient having to hunt them down (after being told they should be in the cabinet in the pool area). The worst part was our room smelled like dirty, wet dog! It smelled so bad and hit you in the face every time we came back to the room....

"Check-in staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great for a brief stay if you are not looking for extras. Pros: clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean floor, decent bathroom, nice to have soap dispenser at sink. Cons: unappealing curbside, lobby and hallways smell like old cigarette smoke (room did not), no where to set your luggage, low quality shower head, air conditioner very noisy/loud. Plan on getting morning coffee elsewhere, not available at hotel. Was very pleased for one...
