"As we were travelling to Prague, we received a message with the check-in details and a request for a substantial deposit (apparently to protect the tech in the apartment?). As we were en route and not really in a position to argue at that point, we paid the deposit. "We really like the place and the location is perfect. There’s alot of people down the street but you can’t hear them in the room. The toilet has bidet which got me excited, but sad to say it did not work. To that I give 4 stars instead of 5. And also make sure to check in ahead of time and not like me waited until we got to the place and wasn’t able to get in right away, because we have to wait for them to process."
