Welcome to this spacious house with a lovely view of the fjord, just 400 metres from the sea and a family-friendly bathing area. The house is situated high on a slope at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac – perfect for families and friends seeking relaxation, nature and proximity to local amenities. The house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests on 170 m² across two floors, with several social areas and flexible sleeping arrangements.



On the entrance floor, you’ll find a bright living room with a wood-burning stove and access to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The sleeping arrangements include:

• Bedroom 1: double bed 180 cm

• Bedroom 2: bed 120 cm (ideal for one adult or one child)

• Cinema room: large room with projector and spacious sofa (can also be used as an extra sleeping area if needed)



Upstairs you’ll find additional bedrooms and sleeping options:

• Bedroom 3: double bed 180 cm

• Hall area: bed 120 cm

• Living area: sofa bed 140 cm and TV with Chromecast

There are also two extra folding beds that can be placed anywhere in the house. The upper floor includes a small WC with washbasin and access to a large balcony with stunning views. The fenced garden and terraces in three directions make the house both child- and dog-friendly, with plenty of space for play, barbecues and lazy summer days in the sun.



Things to do in Svanesund and the surrounding area:

Svanesund is a pleasant village on Orust, close to both nature and local amenities. Within just a few minutes’ walk you’ll reach a lovely bathing area with cliffs, sandy beach and jetty, as well as a brand-new playground. In the village centre you’ll find a grocery store and pizzeria. From Svanesund it’s easy to explore the entire west coast – visit charming fishing villages such as Hälleviksstrand, Mollösund and Käringön, or take a day trip to Gothenburg and Liseberg amusement park, only an hour away. For nature lovers, there are scenic hiking trails, bathing cliffs and cosy cafés throughout Orust and Tjörn.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 3,000 SEK is paid to the owner on arrival and refunded within one week after departure if the house is left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented for 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. You can either clean the house yourself (cleaning supplies are available) or book final cleaning for 2,500 SEK, paid directly to the house owner on site.

• Electricity is included in the rent.

• Smoking is not permitted.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
