The Space:
Welcome to your breezy coastal escape—a spacious, split-level apartment designed for comfort and relaxation. Upstairs, the open-plan living area is a welcoming spot to unwind. Relax on the L-shaped lounge with reverse cycle air-conditioning and enjoy your favourite shows on the smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Chromecast. The living area flows directly onto a private balcony, where you can take in the fresh sea air and catch ocean glimpses—perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped for easy home cooking, complete with a fridge/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and all essential cookware and utensils. Dine inside around the four-seater table or opt to sample one of the restaurants nearby.
On the ground floor, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and the bathroom, as well as laundry facilities.
● Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, built-in robe, dedicated workspace and access to the shared, grassy backyard.
● Bedroom 2: Double bed, built-in robe and access to the private, enclosed courtyard.
● Bathroom: Recently updated with a shower, bathtub, and separate toilet

*Note: Please note that the bathtub is a standard bath. While it may resemble a spa bath, the spa/jets function is not set up or operational.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
