Nestled amongst the eucalyptus trees surrounded by the calming sounds of the bush and the sounds of the ocean on the breeze.
This is a family friendly architect designed eco friendly residence.
This luxurious 4 bedroom home of generous proportions, has a well equipped kitchen , 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms with a bathtub to relax in, sleeps 10, your own privately screened outdoor deck , together with a second veranda style deck with a lux BBQ and 10 seater outdoor dining table. The large living area has a comfy sofa, 5 barstools and a large indoor dining setting as well.
The Haven is a
Free standing whole house in a private gated community within a resort, its a 5 min leisurely walk to the Leisure centre on a private road surrounded by Forrest with kangaroos and the sound of birds.
Within the Shared Leisure Center is a solar Heated Lap Pool, a gas fired Spa, Children's pool, Poolside Barbecue, Pool Table, Games Room, with playstation etc and Plasma screen Home Theatre, Tennis Court, and basketball courts, offer a place to relax in secure surroundings.
The Haven is a short Ferry Ride From Tewantin, with a small store for Milk and Bread etc ,and a Hotel, just walking distance from your accommodation.
The Surf Beach is a 20min Walk or 5 min Drive and the Famous Double Island Surf Break a Four Wheel Drive up the forty Mile Beach.
8 min walk from Lake Cooroibah, 1.7 km to the nearest surf Beach, 13km Noosa National Park. 50mins Taxi from Sunshine Coast Airport.
Or you can just enjoy the Tranquillity of what The Haven has to offer!

The perfect launchpad for Noosa North Shore, Teewah, DI and Rainbow Beach

Perfect for families, this well-appointed property has every comfort you require after a day out exploring this magnificent part of QLD. This is our second stay and we have already booked our third. Thanks for an amazing weekend.

Serenity at the Shore

This would have to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in! The home was delightfully furnished, comfortable seating with a variety of areas… there was so much room and the resort provided for a quiet & relaxing holiday. We ventured over to ‘the other side’ a couple of times during our stay, being school holidays & Easter it was pretty busy… so we looked forward to returning to our beautiful, quiet home. The resort facilities were great, we used the pool every day, and spent time walking the beach. We highly recommend House 45, and even though you have to use the ferry to get on and off the island - it is totally worth it! There are not many places as beautiful that provide such serenity and peacefulness in today’s busy world. We look forward to returning one day - to re-live our ‘best holiday ever!’

Absolutely beautiful.

Although I didn't realise this was apart of a resort or that you had to catch a ferry to actually get to this property, it was absolutely stunning. Comfortable, peaceful & very relaxing.With the barge closing because of the weather & hanging out with the locals @ the Big4 holiday park, it truly made The weekend a unforgettable experience

Weekend Away

An amazing house for our weekend away with friends and children. The pool in the complex is stunning and the kids spent hours in there. Great layout in the house. We wished we could stay longer! We will be back :)

A nice getaway

A nice place to stay overall. Is quite isolated, make sure you bring lots of groceries for your stay. Great if you want to fish/4wd, but otherwise not much to do. Some linen stained already before use, we just washed them in the washing machine. Pool is always extremely busy over the summer period. But otherwise lovely and very spacious inside, our family (especially the kids) had a great time.

Perfect getaway spot

Ladies weekend away. Great location and the house was perfectly set up for a relaxing weekend. Super stylish, well equipped and very comfortable. The enclosed balcony (screens) area was a favourite. Highly recommend!

A magnificent get away !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Haven. A beautiful, well appointed home with all ameties provided. The ferry access was easy and fast. Access to the beach was quick. The pool and spa center was excellent. We plan to be back again soon !

Nice get away.

The house was lovely. Maybe alittle too large for our family of 5, although the children enjoyed playing hide and seek in all the rooms. Clock needs batteries and TV had lines going through it occasionally (a previous review mentioned this also I believe). Although it was quite secluded, we were not used to living in a gold fish bowl with no draps or privacy screens. . My husband did actually slip getting out of the bath whilst showering our son and badly sprained his ankle and fracturing his toe. Please note that the shower screen over the bath is not fixed. He has had 2 ½ weeks off work because of this. An accident indeed, but raising awareness so it doesn't potentially happen again, or worse. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side during our side and it rained for most of it and so we choose to have a stay at the house day. Luckily we had brought some board games and things to occupy the children, but some more family friendly games might be a suggestion. We found some games that had been thrown into a basket drawer and were not organised and I'm not even sure if they were full sets. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, the swimming pool and games room was fun also. For us, this was a luxury stay and so won't be returning, however would recommend.

Great family time

Calm, relaxed environment, such a special spot, we all loved it. Get place for family connection. We enjoyed games and food at the house, then played tennis, basketball, swimming, walking and still more options. Loved the roos, lizards, birds and frogs. Would stay again.

Fantastic location and house was awesome and clean,host was easy to communicate with. Great stay.

stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful stay.house was clean and comfortable and only 5 min from beach. Hosts where great and the location is beautiful.would recommend for any age group as there’s a leisure centre with games room,pools and tennis court. Fantastic place.

Lovely home

Huge home, plenty of room for large group. This property would suit families that love all water activities, just pack up a weeks groceries and enjoy the river or ocean its all there or bush walking. Or relax at the house which is nestled in bush land and use resort facilities. Car ferry from Noosa takes 2 minutes to cross over river and cost $10 each way per car.
