    Imagine yourself relaxing on a sun soaked balcony, overlooking the beautiful Currimundi Lake and the ocean beyondthen this is the perfect coastal escape for families and friends.

    This highly sought-after lakefront position places the lake, surf beach, playgrounds and scenic walking tracks right at your doorstep. The local beach store is only a short stroll away, offering takeaway meals, basic groceries and even kayak and paddleboard hire for fun-filled days on the water.

    Unit 12 is located on the 6th floor with lift access and offers a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The open plan living area flows onto a huge north-facing balcony through double sliding doors, showcasing sweeping views across Currimundi Lake, the ocean beach and shipping lanes beyond.

    The apartment is well appointed with ceiling fans throughout the living, dining and bedroom areas to keep you comfortable year round. A fully equipped kitchen, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay. Guests can also enjoy the in-ground swimming pool, secure underground tandem parking for two cars and complimentary WiFi.

    Conveniently located only a short drive from Caloundra CBD and Currimundi Marketplace, everything you need for a relaxing Sunshine Coast getaway is close by.

Great for kids

A well appointed, clean and comfortable unit right on the lake at Currimundi with great views out to the beach and lake. It's a great place for kids, no busy roads and there is a playground in the park in front of the complex. The unit has a good range of creature comforts and more kitchen utensils than we've seen in any other holiday unit. We'll be back.

Spacious

Beautiful apartment and very spacious. Accessible to the lake, the ocean, parkland - great for children. Beautifully fitted out with loads of kitchenware and crockery. Only negative would be that it is the most expensive unit in the building and I can't justify paying that amount again. Moved in our 2nd week for a cheaper apartment. Would have stayed and rebooked for next Christmas if the price was more affordable and similar to others in the building. But......GREAT spot, and beautiful unit.
