Welcome to The Coconut Palm TWO - right in the heart of stylish Sunshine Beach Village, located on Douglas Street. A fabulous 3 bedroom Villa that allows you to bring your pooch!

One minutes’ walk to the stunning pristine Sunshine Beach, restaurants, bars and cafes. and an easy 5-10-minute drive to the renowned Hastings Street strip of its iconic beaches and restaurants. Superbly located.

This newly refurbished Villa has an understated modern, and simplicity designed to inspire and reflect the stunning Sunshine Beach lifestyle.

Featuring 3-bedrooms, 2 bathroom, this beautiful 2 story villa has a large outdoor courtyard, BBQ area, front garden and is the place to relax and enjoy all that Sunshine Beach has to offer.

The Space

A private front garden entrance that leads you into the ground floor – the perfect layout for relaxing after a day at the beach or an afternoon drink with friends.

You will love the relaxed style of our open lounge/dining/kitchen which opens onto our beach side private deck. Stylishly furnished with beautiful decor exclusively chosen, the Villa has an open and airy feel, perfect for families and friends.
With large slide back glass doors opening out to the deck guests can enjoy the sea breezes and cross ventilation.

A BBQ for guests use on the deck with outdoor entertaining seating 6 guests comfortably, plus sun lounges.

The kitchen is fully equipped to allow guest to enjoy entertaining at home, Bbqs on the deck and cooking up a storm if in the mood.

Also laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs

There are three bedrooms located upstairs for privacy and seclusion. Guests can enjoy time to relax in the comfortable bedrooms.
The master bedroom with a queen bed catches the ocean breezes and hear the waves crashing, and has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin.
There is a main bathroom upstairs servicing the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third two singles.
There is a shared bathroom on this level and separate toilet.

For guests comfort we have Air-Conditioning in the bedrooms.

Airport: Sunshine Coast Airport - this is the closest airport to Noosa, located half an hour's drive south in Maroochydore. Direct flights operate from Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast multiple times a day.

Pets - Pet Friendly Fee - there is a $150 per dog fee - all dogs on application and then approval.
There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.

Cleaning fees may apply to shorter stays.

Please Note – Under no circumstance is this holiday property to be used as a party venue or for functions or gatherings. Breaching these rules results in immediate termination of your booking, also the Bond can be withheld.

Great location but average condition

You could tell the cleaner had done a good job but there was still a urine odour on the bench seating, previous holiday makers with a poorly trained dog probably the cause. The outdoor furniture had green mould and a sun lounge was broken Ensuite shower door fits incorrectly Otherwise we had a great time as always at Sunshine

Superb Location

The location was fantastic, close to the small shopping strip of Sunshine Beach, cafes, the beach, surf club and walking tracks. The presentation was lovely, had all we needed. Overall a great property.

By the time we booked, there wasn't a huge amount of choice and this property I think, we just lucked upon. The location is so central yet, super quiet. The décor is modern, slick and yet not fussy or precious. We would rebook in a heartbeat. Loved this place. Only issue I would say is, although there is 2 bathrooms which you need with teenagers, there was only one loo...
