"There was a big winter snow storm, i was staying at Tradewinds to be close to work. Staff was very accomodating, i was allowed to check in early - which was very important since i would be getting out of work after 10pm. This may happen again if this winter keeps being so snowy! I am curious if there is some sort of "frequent visitor" status or program for discounts? I am quite sure i will be back, and i recommend this hotel to family and friends. Hopefully next time i can actually spend time...

"Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm. No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves."
