Beds were clean and good AC
*took 15 minutes to be acknowledged when checking in. The staff speaks Spanish so if you don't speak the language you were treated with indifference as though you are dumb. There is a resort fee yet NO amenities on the proper except chairs that have NOT been cleaned. Pool was on another property as the one nearby happen to be out of service the day we arrived . Had to walk couple blocks to a very dirty pool. We were told...

"Everything was perfect. stayed for three night before a cruise. Everything in wynwood was within walking distance. And I uber to brickell and south beach. Yes the hallways have a weird smell. However the room itself was perfect and did not smell. I found the price to be really cheap for the good value. The staff was really nice. Also as a single female from overseas I felt safe. I normally stay at the elser or intercontinental, but this place was perfect. Give it a try!"

"I did not use the kitchen for my overnight stay, but it would have been possible to prepare a meal. The apartment was very clean, and had modern appliances and fixtures. It was small, but very adequate for our overnight stay. Air conditioner worked well, and bed had a memory foam mattress/topper. I felt safe in this location. I think the apartment was an excellent value for the price paid, and I would stay here again. "
