Welcome to Timberline #28, a bright, quiet studio tucked away amidst beautiful tall pine trees. With its own private entrance, full-sized kitchen, full bathroom, and private hot tub, this studio is the perfect spot for a couples' getaway to enjoy Sun Peaks!

- 5 minutes/ 350m walk to the main village
- Ski- in: Take the Gentle Giant
- Ski- out: Walk through the playing field and join the Gentle Giant down to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts

We had a great stay with our dog. It is really short walk to start skiing and possible to ski right to the apartment.The only downside is that the private hot tub is not really private, but that did not matter for us anyway.

Just to let you know the shower curtain is moldy. The entrance had no boot mat. The owners took our parking spot. The owner knocked on the door, thought we were the maids & said they had no idea guests were staying there.

I had the opportunity to get away for a weekend to unwind and clear my head. This was a lovely rental with everything i needed! My only complaint is that the hot tub above is very noisy as it is right above the bed, but i am a good sleeper so it didn’t hinder my sleep. Thank you for a lovely getaway.

This space feels comfy, clean, and strangely spacious for it's size! We took full enjoyment of the hot tub after a few long, rainy hikes, which is nestled into a treed area making it feel more serene. Sun Peaks is a beautiful spot. Service in the village was outstanding and there's a wealth of activities. We would book this space again!

This condo is perfect for 2 people. The location is excellent, and it is equipped with everything you may need. Very comfortable . You may want to include instructions on how to make up the Murphy bed in the instruction booklet . It is nice to put it up during the day to give more room. The table is also nice to use for meals.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Overall a good location. Two suggestions: Ski locker door was frozen into ice and snow so should shorten it. shelf in pantry is very tippy so should be better secured. Thanks for the nice stay

Great location and cute space. But as others have said, it’s noisy at night. The hot tub upstairs turns on and off through the night and it’s loud. Bring ear plugs! Also—the tv is missing a remote so you can’t control the volume and it too was loud. Otherwise it would be a perfect 5/5

-smaller unit; perfect for 2 people -ski-in right to the condo door; ski out required 2-3 minute walk -trails throughout the village and condos were exceptionally well groomed -about a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants through beautiful winter trails/trees -unit is very well maintained and clean; in most vrbo/airbb rentals you find something that you think should be fixed or better maintained, but not in this unit - everything was in great condition -hot tub was in great condition and more private than we expected - there were 6' snow walls on 2 sides -building was quiet - only saw a few people in four days -kitchen had lots of appliances...toaster, coffee maker, slow cooker, dishwasher...and lots of dishes and good knives -heated floors were great for warming up frozen toes

The studio space was clean however the bathtub kept filling up with water because the drain was clogged. I did what I could do to unclog it but shouldn’t be my job. The price for cleaning this small space was too expensive as my husband and I had to clean before we left. My husband wasn’t impressed with the noise of the hot tub coming from the neighbours upstairs. The location of this studio was very convenient to the village and trails.

Clean, comfortable, warm. Mechanical noise from upstairs can be distracting but overall not unbearable. Great sleep comfy bed. Clear instructions for garbage disposal would be nice. Great privacy for the hot tub. We would stay here again 👍
