Sparkling clean and bright 2Bd/2Ba vacation home in Venture Out Residential Condominium! Is located on a 60' wide canal, our Dock is 35 feet. Our amenities include fish clean table, cleats, bumpers and patio table with 4 chairs. Two fabulous porches for outdoor enjoyment over looking the water and front yard. What's best is you are able to walk to all the amenities such as the pool, please be aware that the pool can be closed for regular or emergency maintenance at ****no advanced notice ****, hot tub, marina, store, rec hall, tennis and more! Interior shows fresh and clean with white interior and tropical blue /teal accent walls. Living room features a pullout queen sleeper sofa with 60" Smart TV and WiFi! Dining room offers a beautiful wood top table that seats 6 plus a breakfast bar that seats 2. Kitchen is open to the main living room and offers ample kitchen preparation space with center island. Master bedroom features a queen bed ( new mattress)with private full bathroom and a 32" Smart TV with water views and access to the porch. Guest bedroom features and full size bed (new Sealy memory foam mattress)with access to the porch and hallway bathroom access. Additional amenities include wireless internet, 3 Split A/C units, dishwasher, stack washer/dryer, tile floor, kitchen ceiling fan, BBQ grill, 2 porches.
****1 car allowed to be parked at property, additional parking for cars, boat trailers available on a ******first come, first served******for a minimal fee ($5.00 -$25/night, subject to change). On high season, I strong suggest to call a local boat trailer storage, just ask me, will send you a list of businesses near by.
****Upon check in at the gate, there is a one time registration fee of $125.00 ( per unit, credit cards payments have a 3.99% fee added) collected by gate attendant, cash payment has no added fee*******
**** 2 Boat ramps located a few steps from our unit, there you have convenient store with plenty of beer, water, ice, wine etc..... a bait and tackle shop******

This is the third yr, we have stayed with Elain, her place is fantastic, very clean, right on the water,. The pool at the resort is perfect. Elain home has everything you need for vacation, washer n dryer, dishwasher, airfryer, tv in main bedroom also living rm. We plan on staying again

Paradise in the Keys

Great location, very close to open water to fish and lobster, Hosts was awesome, communication was great from check in to check out., The home was perfect , clean, and stocked with all the comforts of home. The manatees in the canal would visit everyday . We will definitely return in the future.

Great place to stay

Had a wonderful stay. The cottage is well maintained. The deck outback was the perfect place for evening cocktails. The owner was very responsive to any questions. One thing worth mentioning is you can’t take showers back to back, the hot water will run out. The hot water struggled through one shower.. my husband and I don’t mind tepid water so it wasn't a big deal to us. Other than that everything was fabulous.

Exactly What We Wanted

The house was cozy and clean. Plenty of space for the two of us. We loved the back deck and patio. We enjoyed all our meals outside and used the bbq often. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back!

Clean, comfortable and close to pool

We had a great vacation at this property. It's walking distance to the pool, hot tub and convenience store. The home had everything that we needed and was nicely decorated. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The BEST vacation!

We had the best stay. The house is so clean and had everything we needed. The decor and layout was great. The location of the house is amazing and the dock is wonderful. We can’t wait to come back.

WOW!

Four of us enjoyed a very pleasant first trip to the KEYS at Unit 330! This Cabana is beautiful and has everything on needs to be comfortable! Eliane is an excellent host, fast to respond to our inquiries! The other guests were friendly and that pool and spa - heaven! If you haven't visited the KEYS - start here!

Would definitely stay again

Lovely decor, clean, convenient to Lower Keys. Host was very communicative about an issue with one of the TVs not working. Not a fan of the charge by Venture Out but the owner is not in control of that. We didn’t use any of the amenities on VO other than the hot tub a couple times but riding around it seems to be well maintained.

Comfortable rental on a conveniently located Key

Perfect size for 2-4 people. Deck on canal was relaxing. The location, Cudjoe Key, is nicely central. One day we drove up to Marathon, the next we went down to Key West. Also highly recommend Bahia Honda state park!

Quaint Small Cottage

Great location to Baha’i Honda State Park and Key West and we enjoyed the heated pool during our cool and windy visit to the keys. We wished there were beach chairs and beach towels for guests use. Two small items were the master bath sink drained slowly and one electrical outlet in that bath didn’t work. Otherwise a nice experience at this quaint small cottage with a nicely equipped kitchen.

This property was close to the pool and common area. It had two decks and two bathrooms which was great. The kitchen area had enough room. It would have been tight for 6 adults/teenagers. We had four and it was perfect.
