"Great little spot. Small gated compound with a handful of units near the southernmost point. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Kitchenette and bathroom were stocked with basics. Beach towels provided too. Everything was within walking distance for us. Easy check in and check out. Host and staff were all welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We loved this property! This unit is tucked in the back so we felt very safe especially with the first door having its own code to get in. We loved having the outdoor space in the back as well as the pool as you walk in. There is limiting parking if you have a car. The area surrounding is great! You are closer to Conch Republic, which is our favorite place, so you’re not extremely close to Duval but it is walkable.
