Step into a beautifully designed space where comfort and style meet exotic charm. The large living and dining rooms open up to the front patio, framed by tropical landscaping, creating a serene atmosphere perfect for peaceful living.

-Living Area: Soothing cream and purple tones are complemented by a striking lilac mural accent wall, while authentic Indonesian art—such as carved wood paddles and a unique carved mirror—add a touch of exotic flair. A flat-screen TV ensures your entertainment needs are met in a cozy space.

-Dining & Kitchen: The dining table seats six, ideal for family meals or friendly gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a full-sized refrigerator, makes preparing meals a joy, whether you're enjoying a home-cooked dinner or a casual snack.

Just a quick note that our landscapers visit the property every Monday and Thursday morning to maintain the outdoor areas. They do their best to work efficiently and with minimal disruption.
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! However, to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the property, pets are not allowed on indoor or outdoor furniture at any time. Any damage or stains caused by pets will result in charges for replacement or repairs. Additionally, pets may not be left unattended in the unit at any time during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note we charge $100 pet fee, and guests can only bring up to 2 pets to the property.

Perfection! The “spa” vibe was incredible! The lights and waterfall great! Five star! The community areas were amazing! ((If you’re booking small children I’d put them on a ground level unit, the running first thing in morning and late at night was very disturbing.)) and yes we have 5 kids but the very loud noise of running were unfortunate.

Beautiful Bali Grounds

A beautiful apartment with a great little yard. It was perfect for myself and daughter. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. This apartment has the very best host as well. We will be back to try out other apartments here.

Lovely exotic retreat

Tucked into the small seaside community of Summerland this hidden gem offered an exotic, Bali like, experience while providing all the comforts of a typical American condo. The grounds were beautifully decorated and maintained with several public hangout spots including day beds, chairs and a fire pit. The checkin process was simple and easy and the property manager is friendly and prompt with any questions or needs. The location is quiet and walking distance to a really great cafe. Ventura, Carpinteria, Montecito, and Santa Barbara are all very easy car rides away and there’s a ton of excellent beaches in the immediate area. Whether you want shopping, restaurants, nightlife, or natural wonder it’s all here along with a super comfortable condo to stay in. Highly recommend.
