"Our stay at the Summerland Guest Studio was perfect. We were there to drop off our daughter at UCSB, and used it as a relaxing home base in between moving her in and shopping for supplies. "This Summerland property is exactly as shown on VRBO. Quite well stocked with cookware, utensils, cups/glasses, spices and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. The entire unit was spotless. Parking was assigned and allowed easy access and exit. A/C unit worked quite well, but we hardly needed it. "We stayed here for our 40th anniversary. It couldn't have been more perfect. The little patio outside with the fountain was delightful as were the rest of the grounds.
