"The location of this property was excellent—an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by several issues with the accommodations, the most serious being the condition of the sofa bed. Although the listing stated the unit slept four, the sofa bed sheets were dirty and crusty, clearly not replaced after the previous guests. When we searched for extra bedding, there was none in the unit. As a result, two people in our group had to sleep on top...

"Pros: great location, on-site laundry. owner was responsive except for when we were trying to check in and the key was not where we had been told it would be.Cons: on check in, key was not where it was supposed to be. multiple attempts to contact host were unanswered. We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. "Beautiful, peaceful stay. Our stay at Mindy’s made our weekend trip much more memorable. The space is thoughtfully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Mindy is an amazing and attentive host. 10/10 recommend staying here. The views are incredible! "

"The condo is in a great location. We walked to the mission and down State Street. It's also very clean, nicely equipped and in a nice and quiet area. The host was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely rent this condo again!!"

"Parking is in front of garage and you have to back out into a somewhat busy street, doable but I had a truck... Cute bathroom, roomy shower but tiny toilet right behind the door. Nice and airy room, no TV? Roomy closet had a crib if you have small ones, a nice touch. Bed is a comfy queen, I am a restless sleeper and had a hard time with the memory foam mattress-once you sink in it's tough to turn over. Convenient location, nice private patio."
