"Had a lovely stay here for New Year. The hotel had a lovely vibe about it and smelt gorgeous as you walked in. Wish I knew what it was. Staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and very well located. My only little niggle was that we had a coffee machine in the room but no kettle to make tea. Not everyone is a coffee drinker. And after a long day walking about in the cold I longed for a nice cuppa and chill. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. "

"I really can’t recommend this place. The house was in very poor condition – there was mold on the walls, and it smelled overwhelmingly of detergent and perfume. The air inside was so heavy that I could hardly breathe, and I didn’t sleep at all during the night. My eyes were red and itchy the entire time. We had to resort to boiling the kettle to use hot water. We contacted the property 18th Feb to raise our concerns and did not get a reply.
