"Very nice, especially for a 3 Star Rated hotel. Personally, I would rate it a 4 Star Hotel. That being said, we would give this place a 5 star customer rating. The rooms were nicely sized, clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast did NOT offer custom omelets but, again, that's 5 Star Hotel territory with the accompanying price tag. ;) "

Although i wish i never booked thru Expedia, due to an emergency I had to cancel my last night there, and the hotel said they would have refunded me if I had went through the hotel to book, but since i went through Expedia. They couldn't and now Expedia won't refund me just last night there again. It was an emergency. I will never ever book through expedia again. "

"Great stay! The location is perfect for accessing both downtown Milwaukee and the west side. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the staff is welcoming, and the breakfast buffet offers a fresh, basic variety every morning."

"Check in was uncomplicated and the rooms were very clean. The pool was perfect entertainment for our kids, and the continental breakfast was great. The location was ideal for our purposes, and we would absolutely stay here again. Our only complaint is that the outlet behind the night stand did not work. We had two rooms, and this was the case in both. We had to unplug the lamp from the nightstand itself to use the outlets attached to the nightstand. There also was no direct USB outlet, which is...

"The room had crumbs on tbe floor and heat was too high set at 80. Pooland hot tub not open to guests again. I booked there for a hot tub. I asked for breakfast early was denied when i checked out"
