"Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc."

"The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is also clean, staff are helpful and the location of the hotel is near the highway and 5-mins drive to Outlet Mall and restaurant and fast food."

"Very clean as it should be being new. Also the rooms were very quiet and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Elevator was not working and the Chophouse restaurant wasn’t open yet . Otherwise very nice and we will stay there again."
