"From the time we check in and wanted to check out was about an hour. The rooms were dark, dead bugs on the floor, spiders crawling on the furnisher, the pool was ice cold and cloudy and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. I was not able to get a full refund. Half was the best they could do. We stated anyway because our four year old was so excited to swim. I will never stay at this location again."

"Very simple, the rooms were large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was construction going on but there was zero disturbances and I was just a couple of doors down. My dog was even comfortable. Also, there's a Culver's across the parking lot with a stairway to lead across the grass. Will definitely stay again when in town!"

"The hotel is not great at all. Dark and kind of dirty. Both the sink and tub didn’t drain. When we told them the toilet was backed up (as was everything else) the guy literally brought me a plunger in a plastic grocery bag with human waste all over the plunger. Handed it to me and practically ran away. There was a little bit of blood on the comforter. Other than that the sheets were clean. That’s about all I can say. We didn’t eat the breakfast so I’m not sure about the quality of the food."

"The room was mostly updated. The bathroom could have been better, and some of the towels I had were dirty. Luckily, I had my own towels with me."

"loved the northwoods theme. breakfast although free was not very good. the food was lukewarm at best, but mostly cold (sausage and biscuits, eggs) our room had a jacuzzi which is lovely, but has a step up and in, would be safer to have a grab bar near the step"

"Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend."
