"Stayed for a tennis tournament over a weekend. The staff were very friendly and everyone was helpful to speak English for us. The 1 bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. As per the property listing, there was no air conditioning. I would recommend asking for a room on an upper floor if you would like to leave the windows/doors open at night. Though the town and area seemed very safe. Plenty of parking, kitchenette was convenient for us. We would stay again and recommend."

We stayed during a heatwave and there was no air conditioning, which is understood but the air fan was not working making it extremely hot. Other reviews spoke about weak or poor performing ventilation, however our unit had no air blowing at all. "It's a lovely clean and bright studio in the heart of Bayreuth, a 15 minute walk from the train station and less than a minute from the colourful and lively Maximilianstraße. If you're prepared to self-cater (and the local supermarkets are excellent), then it's a bargain. What stops it from my giving 5 stars? Not much. The apartment can get very hot, although a fan is provided. A separate receptacle for recycling would be welcome, as would a dustpan and brush for daily cleaning and instructions...

"Good stay in Humbolt 41. Close to main station and other tram stops. Easy access to the hotel, Kathryn showed her support all time. Rooom was clean and tidy. We found all the things we needed. We recommend this place."
